I won a Festive Edition code for PS4 but when I typed it in, it said code already used. My twitch name is ap2nt5. Please help

Have you tried talking to @AskEASupport on Twitter? Their good at answering questions and pointing people in the right direction who to contact with EA related issues and possibly escalating it other people in EA's customer service. 🙂 Hope your able to get a working code/solution!
