Did the rules change for Electric Boogaloo ?
Have the special abilities changed for Electric Boogaloo? It seems the evaporate card now only works when a plant has been damaged in a previous turn. True?

I literally just played a game where I used Evaporate immediately after using a Chickening. It worked just fine.
In the past I have experienced a bugged Evaporate, but I thought it was fixed.
What did you do damage with?
