The first game was a gift at the price it was sold at and while it'd have been great if this game was equally priced
I think it was worth the $69.99 I paid for the deluxe edition at launch. Yalls are being a bit dramatic in your criticism imho.

No.
Having to wait for issues to be resolved in order to play the game for the specific reason i purchased it (multiplayer) is my biggest problem because it's in such a state that it's genuinely not worth playing to a degree where I actually enjoy it.
Although I am prepared to sit it out (I don't really have much choice) I have to ask the question as to how much the game will cost brand new when things are working to an acceptable level - so for that reason I don't ever believe GW2 will justify it's initial price tag.
The game itself (in terms of content) is actually quite decent and I dare say a lot will get a lot out of it, but for me personally the offline stuff was played in 'autopilot' simply because the online stuff was pretty rubbish. I actually powered it up last night for the first time in forever (lol, my XP multiplier is back at 1x ) and spent 15 minutes spending my 600,000 accumulated credits with very little desire to do anything else. So I guess that sums it up.
