Homing shots on low gravity maps will heavily skew numbers, especially when put in the hands of an experienced player. This has been done before by someone who managed 174 kills, and just held fire from his spawn point pretty much. He admitted to using a keyboard and mouse and it was pre nerf, but that's besides the point.
If you're able to get 100 kills with any class, why would you suggest increasing the damage of said class? Not disagreeing with you, I just feel like I shouldn't be agreeing because it doesn't make sense. I understand your point though, and I would simply use vanilla Rose for the extra damage because relying on a kill streak to be more effective is not everyone's cuppa tea.

I've heard that argument before. A couple of days ago someone posted on Reddit 101 kills with Commando Pea (on PC), a character that everyone (including PC players) agrees that he is underpowered. Like I said, that was an extremely lucky match.
Well I mean bumble is super duper insanely skilled. Even though a bunch of people on PC have really really good aim, bumble is just so good he can push through, it's not really the same thing as rose on console, where having homing gives you this godly advantage.
Homing still works relatively well on PC, but there will always be those stock deadbeards that just hit you with immaculate aim.
If he's as good as people say, I wonder which Rose player bodied him so hard for him to hate her so much...
