didnt do gnome bomb after call
Help i didnt do the gnome bomb after getting phone call now i cant find it. Is there any way of getting it to show up again or restart game from beginning.

I have the exact same issue. I lost power after getting the bomb. When I go back to the docks there is nothing there for me to pick up. Go and check out the phone, nothing. Go check out the gate that is supposed to blow up, no love.
