Didn't get 3rd Plant Hero Starter

Title implies my situation. At one point, I had the quest to earn the third starting plant hero, (choice between Spudow and Wall Knight, because I had picked Solar Flare prior) and then the app crashed when the quest was being redeemed, and I had to re-launch without picking my third starter. The quest was gone and I was stuck with my two plant characters until by a miracle I unlocked Captain Combustible from a pack.

I have seen many, many other users' posts with this problem. Do you have any plans at all to resolve this issue and give your players the characters they were cheesed out of receiving?
