didnt receive a item from the red chest

the community challenge chest is glitched went to open the red chest and only thing that came out was just coins like 750 of them.. wheres the item we were supposed to get???!!!! me and my 2 sons my one daughter and wife play this game work together they too didnt get anything from the red community chest either. please fix this!!!!!

    Same for me...got nothing from that chest. Nothing on event ended, and I got no stars for completed quests...so please as others have same issue...WAKE UP EA!

    ya same to and i spent 12 hours playing to get a legendary 

    p.s. i wanted the party cirton or iron

    Hi @PurpleKudzu423,

    Since then we discovered that it's a display issue. The items are awarded correctly but they don't show up as new. And in the eventuality that you already have unlocked all the  items and characters then you'll receive coins instead of the unlocks.
