Didn't receive Dr. Zomboss frozen upgrade
So I bought the Dr. Zomboss' frozen upgrade a couple of hours ago on ps4 and I have not seen any of my purchases. I can't download anything nor has anything changed in-game. I saw someone on the answer HQ saying that the upgrade was unavailable, but I did buy it and I have proof of it. I bought it via the ps store. Can anyone help?
