Didn't receive free hero after finishing questline.

Same with me. The game didn't crash however, I just exited the app on the hero selection screen as I couldn't make up my mind at the time. When I opened the app an hour later, the game loaded to the main menu and I can't get back to the character selection screen for my free hero.
