Community Manager@g2126 A lot of these are no longer available to players. When they first released Heroes, you linked your mobile and HD accounts together, and do some missions.
Then you would get sticker shop packs and items from Rux. As these aren't updated any longer with "new" content, if your accounts are linked, Rux's shop would be one of the only ways you see those items.
If you want to search for specific items in the game, I would recommend checking out the Wiki Here as it would show you how and where to obtain just about any item in the series.

@EA_Shepard Actually you can still get the Green Shadow and The Smash items by linking your GW2 account with PvZ Heroes but all of the other Heroes customizations that were sold through Rux for some reason haven't appeared in Rux rotation in years (this also includes some other items like legendary consumables such as DJ Uplink and Monk Choy as well as all of the skins for Torchwood and Hover-Goat 3000) making them completely unobtainable.
Community Manager@JosephPopper1 Its been a while. Thanks. I know that Rux hasn't been updated in a while from speaking with folks on this. Updates don't really happen anymore with the online store content or the shops like they used to.

Community Manager@g2126 I understand that. I try to get a lot of cosmetics items in games I play just to have them even if I don't play them anymore. Like Destiny 2 just released some Mass Effect content. I don't play Destiny anymore but logged in just to get the cosmetics!
