Community Manager@g2126 A lot of these are no longer available to players. When they first released Heroes, you linked your mobile and HD accounts together, and do some missions.
Then you would get sticker shop packs and items from Rux. As these aren't updated any longer with "new" content, if your accounts are linked, Rux's shop would be one of the only ways you see those items.
If you want to search for specific items in the game, I would recommend checking out the Wiki Here as it would show you how and where to obtain just about any item in the series.

Community Manager@g2126 I understand that. I try to get a lot of cosmetics items in games I play just to have them even if I don't play them anymore. Like Destiny 2 just released some Mass Effect content. I don't play Destiny anymore but logged in just to get the cosmetics!
