I think I and everyone else who is interested should provide @EA_Shepard some feedback regarding the EA higher ups fixing the portal at the same time as the banning issue. I don't think this would require EA to go out of their way particularly? Do they still have the code to change it?
@TheSprinter85It seems really weird as they've stated they're not going to change it but they didn't really give any specific details so some are theorizing its something to do with the servers themselves and the game being old with no backend support as they say.
Seems like were just [redacted] either way. Its an understatement to say being a pvz fan is rough these days.
@ForeverKnightsThat is so true. In Ops it is a matter of defending your objective, although in Boss Hunts, you have to survive the onslaught of enemies coming at us.

@VendetedFoxThe Boss Hunt music was possibly my favourite in all of GW2 - it really adds to the tension and chaos of the hunts. Boss Hunts were really challenging and its music exceeded expectations!
Boss hunts were such a cool and unexpected addition to GW2. I remember when they launched the video about the trials of Gnomus and we were all wondering what was coming. It was such a huge addition to the game, and quite the challenging content that even when you've beaten a boss before and know what to do it can be difficult to win again, especially on the higher difficulties.
Part of why I love GW2 is how much there is to do, but with the mystery portals being lackluster for years now, we are sorely missing these special game modes, and boss hunt is probably the most missed.

How could I forget about the Enraged Music Theme? It's even more chaotic compared to normal and fits in very well during the enraged state.
Boss Hunt music is 8.5/10. Enraged Boss Hunt music is 9.5/10. I would listen to both of these soundtracks on repeat.
I will give my score of Boss Hunts themselves back then of about 8.5/10, I wasn't as skilled back then but always looked forward to playing them.
However, if they return, I would give them a solid 9.5/10. Possibly even a complete 10/10, and would binge them if they made a grand return.
