do I have to get all the badges to unlock infinity time?

I have done all of the tasks on the plant side and got all my badges. I thought that once I did all that it would unlock infinity time but I still cannot access it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Please help!

    So, you've done infinity time once then, since it is part of the solo campaign in order to earn the LEAF agent badge?

    If not, then you haven't finished the campaign.  IT is the final quest from Dave bot 3000 or whatever the heck the second Dave in the cave is called.

    Hmmm... did you go back and talk to Dave? The garage should of opened a stairway to go below the garage and access infinity time. None of this has happened for you?
