Do the devs even care about this game anymore?

Support fell off for GW2 on the year after its release; not much came after that, & the same goes for BfN, but this is an unpolished & unbalanced mess with little developer support & new content varying too much in quality. The only thing we need is communication, but they simply won't deliver, & I won't deliver by not playing this game anymore. This is what I've been feeling this whole time, & I hate to admit it, but here we are.
