Does anyone have a high level IMP?

Does he get better with levels?

I just got my Foot Solider to specialist and he's gotten decently better now that I got the perk that lets you fire faster so I can actually DPS something, but does IMP ever get better?

    I just got him to elite. There is a faster rate for your impkata and you move faster while it’s on. Right now I use lvl up exp and reduce cooldown on mech when dealing damage, so he’s decent I guess. I still think he needs a buff as he’s more glass than a glass cannon
