Does anyone play this on pc anymore, I can't find a full lobby on any game mode

I've been wanting to play PvZ gw lately but I can't find any full lobbies, its usually just me on the server. is it something to do with my internet or the fact that I live in Australia and not in somewhere like the US? I've been having to play by my self on Garden Ops for  while now and I'd like to know why there are no full lobbies anymore.
