Does faster xp perk gain brize bulb faster?

Just wanted to know if the faster xp perk of all characters earn prize bulbs faster or is it just for character xp ?

    You earn bulbs by earning 15,000 xp (in addition to challenges) so the answer is yes - you can earn some bulbs faster by taking advantage of the xp perk.

I’m all but certain they mean the XP character upgrades... however, I’ve never once used the xp machine so thanks for the knowledge, @ToastedSarnie  😊🙏...
