downloaded the new update hard locked my console

so i downloaded the new update tryed to play in vanguish and garden ops locked my console up twice i  guess i will try in the morning.

    Sorry to hear your having this issue. 

    If this does continue to happen try to delete the entire game from off your hard drive, clear the cache (xbox, xbox 1), shut down, and then reinstall/load the updates/game.

    They were kicking everyone on the server to restart it. Try again or as the other poster suggested delete and try again, should be all good now on 360

    Also what do you mean by locked? Like its frozen and you have to restart the console? Or kicked to the main menu? Any error messages shown?
