Bought Plants versus Zombies garden warfare two days ago but I'm stuck. Downloaded origin, entered the redeem code and the game pops up in the "my games" screen. However, the download does not work at all. It is getting stuck on preparing download and nothing else happens. After a few minutes of waiting I get an error code (1966 13:200) and an option to file a report which I did twice. No answers whatsoever though, not through origin and neither from EA. They just keep closing my case.... I need a quick solution because if nothing works within a few days I will send the game back.
I tried running origin as administrator and I tried a VPN (hotspot shield). Both without any succes.
Please help!
