During the game crashes to the desktop with an error

The windows crash message box gives no details... even if I could read it.

Need more info on it:

Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

The important information that gives will be in the English, only the titles will be in Russian.
