Hi @RezavejKoty To check are the EA and Xbox accounts still linked?
Also, when you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Hi, as I said I did everything that you or other people adviced here, it took me few hours and nothing helped. The game began to work next day, without help of any step that was done, now I think it’s just temporary error of EA app, which was maybe repaired thanks to some support guy that read my report from app. Thank you for your time, have a nice day.
