[EA app] PvZ BFN Black screen at launch

I bought the game last year and I wanted to install the game and play for 1 week or 2. When I launch the game it opens a window and its just a black scree, the music works and I can press buttons with the cursor on screen but I can't see what I press. Things I tried to repair this:  Run the System File Checker tool, Uninstall and install the game, Run the game as administrator, Run the EA app as administrator, Run the EA app as administrator then launch the game as administrator from the game files, clear EA app cache, repair game files, tried to launch the game from NVIDIA experience, tried to make a new windows user with only ASCII characters and to make a new windows user without any ASCII characters ( even tho my main user is just a normal 5 letter name) and on both of  those users tried the same methods I tried on the main user. On an old "solved" topic here I saw that many people showed their DxDiag just so they could get help so I will also put mine here just in case. Is there anything else I can try to do to make it work?

    @h34dsv41oayr

I took a look at the file and this is what I can see based on the error report logs!

    RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 (explorer.exe, PVZBattleforNeighborville.exe, League of Legends.exe, cs2.exe)

This error typically indicates potential memory leaks within the applications

    • Update the application to the latest version.
    • Check for Windows updates and apply any pending ones.
    • Monitor the application’s memory usage using Task Manager or Resource Monitor to identify unusual behavior.

    APPCRASH (taskmgr.exe)

    • Run the System File Checker tool: sfc /scannow in an admin Command Prompt.
    • Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

    PCA2 (EALaunchHelper.exe)

    • PCA2 relates to the Program Compatibility Assistant, which detects when software installations are problematic.
    • Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Make sure the software is compatible with your current version of Windows.
    • Run the Programs Compatibility Troubleshooter on each application having an issue.

    AppHangTransient (cs2.exe)

    Troubleshooting Steps:

Check for any updates or patches for the application. Thread on this one.

Check system resources to determine if the system is running out of RAM or CPU capacity when the hang occurs.

These are the steps I would run through. I see that you did list a few in your thread and that is okay if you chose not to repeat those.
