@WaterThornz
>Final update is going to be...
OMG.
There would be no further updates about new Legendary Upgrades and new additional Characters.
Please add them, Devs. I signed the petition.@WaterThornzWell, being honest, the best thing is not to expect big things, maybe we will receive something less like improving private play or more things in Rux, I believe it will not be more than that.

@gametrieuk This is what I think as well. Maybe the surprise will be that there aren't going to be any surprises. Or maybe the big surprise will be that the "this announcement could change after community feedback" part was a lie. Who knows ☹️.
At least we can still enjoy the game, because the servers are still online 🙂
I bet @Gormey isn't going to like me adopting the pessimistic style haha 🙂
@WaterThornzTheir intention with this update is to focus on making more viable upgrades, honestly it scares me, many upgrades were and are a problem for balancing, as I understood with more "significant" would be buffs, well I wanted them to be more balanced in general, not being stronger, but just seeing to see how it will be.
Just to remember how delicate this point is: hardened, parkour, rapid fire, two head dragon, elder alchemist, power wash, last *, homming peas, 20/10, were or still are a problem, so I want you to be very careful with what they will move.- @benn1nat0r I agree, it is still good to play this game, I gave it a "rest" for 1 or 2 weeks, but now I intend to return to active play, together with the forum.
- @WaterThornz There is so much stuff they could focus on, but they choose upgrade changes as the final option? It's not worth the effort when there are bigger problems.
- @shurikeninja Look I feel the same affliction as you, it seems that they want to create another big problem in addition to the existing ones, many other problems like hit detection / hit reg, in DDO could be being corrected, moving upgrades does not seem a promising change.
- stukapooka5 years agoLegend@gametrieuk There are even basic problems that could be fixed instead like the reloads, animations, and log in issues.
- @stukapooka why do you play it? if you hate all the those issues, just don't play it.

I took a look at the other people twitter recommends based on EA_PvZ_Mario. They were all working on BfN. Most of them are now working on Apex Legends ☹️.
Here's something I consider to be interesting:
Jeff Shaw posted this Spongebob meme on September 16. It shows Spongebob burrowing himself. We got the announcement on September 1 and September 2. He posted this 14 days later. Maybe the "this announcement may change" part was actually true. Maybe EA evaluated how many people were interested in Pvz BfN and concluded it wasn't worth it 2 weeks later.
So many of the BfN devs are now working on Apex Legends or other projects. Many thanked the PvZ fans who "stuck with them". Some said they needed to work on something new after only working on PvZ for 8 years. All of this seems very final to me. Everything indicates that we won't be getting another PvZ shooter. The erliest I would expect another one is in 6-7 years (2-3 years for Motive Vancouver's current project, 2-3 years for gw3). They would completely miss this gen of consoles.
