ea server unavailable

First time trying an ea game on xBox One and already I cannot play it without a connection to an ea server which is reported to be unavailable...The internet connection works very well with the xBox ...

    Servers are not down so please make sure you are on a gold account as the game requires gold

    I am having the same problem. It keeps kicking me out of multiplayer and local co-op games. All other games work fine.

      Try a hard reboot or a power cycle (Xbox One)

      Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
      On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
      After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
      Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

        I have tried that. It still does it. I will try again though
