Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any PVE map, either as a zombie or as a plant, fight until you get a battle going on and if a special character appears it won't show its name. A quick way to do this is spawn as a zombie, go to the plants base in Town Center and find inside the little house the red sunflower.
