Enemies Spawn Too Frequently and are Generally Too OP

@Henryiscool007 Yes, just getting from one place to the next is stop-start while you find a safe place to recover your health before facing the next lot & a few times I've found the Treasure Yeti in between groups!
It would be great if they didn't attack at all unless the player initiated combat - failing that, at least not attacking when you're interacting with something, whether it's a puzzle or even just looking at the map.
