Enemies Spawn Too Frequently and are Generally Too OP

Yes, Mount Steep cetainly has increased spawn rate. I recall zombies spawning in the same room in mines while I was delivering mouseflies. Home area also recovers fast. Maybe it is "increased difficulty", since it is a 2nd region. I find it ok as long as I am not surrounded.
