idk, the maps are so crazy sometimes the character models tend to blend into the scenery...I guess I'm not used it to yet or some of the character models aren't distinct enough to stand out like Citron or Super Brainz.
Also at times without an indicator I don't even know which direction the objective is without getting my bearings for a moment.
If the maps were smaller I can see taking away or limiting the enemy location icons...and when I do finally see where the enemy is sometimes, it's so far away that by the time I close the game I've already been sniped or petaled down. W/the locations on I have an strategic chance knowing, oh 2 roses in that direction I'm playing imp...I guess I'll go after Corn or respawn as something else and head over.

I get what you are saying 100xp. It had occurred to me that reason why enemy location icons are more aggressive in this game is because it is hard to see enemies otherwise. It kind of feels like the icons may be there to make up for other bad design decisions. The map and character designs, if done well, shouldn't require the icons for the game to be playable, but the lighting and map design do seem to cause the characters to blend in. There are also a lot of particle effects that make it really hard to see what is going on. If the icons are there to make up for all of that, then maybe that part of the design needs tweaking also?
