Summarize your bug When I land a direct hit, the game will only register about 13 damage. This happened once to me a few days ago.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure how it is caused. I was playing Turf at the time.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Engineer
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Breakthrough, Speedy, and Rally the troops.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
It seems like it was only registering the splash damage and ignoring the direct hit damage. Maybe it's a bug with upgrades that modify his primary? This might happen with the Rubber upgrade too?
