Entered redeem code for GW2 for PC and was not prompted to download
I entered the redeem code for Garden Warfare 2 (PC Version - https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/redemption/index) but I don't see where I can download the game? Where how do I download the game - please ...
With some help from tech support it turns out I needed to download the Origin application (https://www.origin.com/en-us/download) in order to gain access to the program to download it. Once I installed the Origin app I was able to successfully download the game.
