The way this issue has been handled was by ignoring it. I'm guessing someone was on a little vacation or something over the weekend because this issue was "Not Reported" between Thursday and Monday.
We all know it was reported. There were questions on Reddit and even mentions in this forum Days before this was even acknowledge.
I know that the staff within these forums is not given anything more to work with, so my dissatisfaction is toward their higher-ups.
I feel sorry for the Tech Support who had to take the calls, because they were given no info either. I was even told by them that the most they knew was what was posted in this forum. Sad, isn't it?
Is it fair that I feel I was lied to? I don't want to seem dramatic, as this is merely a game to me, but I have clients and I have pride. If I had made my clients feel this way, I'd put more effort and communication into a solution.
A great compensation is expected.
