So I just got a new phone (Google Pixel 2), and I decided to download PVZ Heroes. I previously had the game on my iPhone, and I moved all of my apps to my new phone. When I open the app, it starts to load, then soon brings up an error message saying that I have a bad connection even though I am connected to wifi. I have redownloaded it multiple times and I still get the same error. Can somebody help?
An update from the developers:
Yea, I'm having the same issue and it is not fixing when I delete and reinstall the app. I don't know exactly what is wrong and I am really hoping that it is fixed relatively soon. I have contacted Popcap, telling them the issue with my game. Though I haven't gotten a reply back. I am fairly certain they will fix it as Popcap has been very on top of making sure their games are all working fine and making sure everyone can have the same experience.
Exactly, we need to be compensated somehow for this *don't have words to describe* bug. I'm disappointed and sad.
I just fixed the game as you've mentioned by following fixing step on YouTube. I found a problem on syncing my profile. I look like my profile was used by another player. I lost lot of gem cause by someone used my gem to open a lot of packs. And sometime my saved decks was change by another player. I just reported this to EA and now waiting for their reply.

I regret having to read that the main concern is to keep the forum clean, editing posts, moving threads, etc... , you should understand @EA_Darko ( I'm talking to you because
you're the only official link we've ever had) , this thread has not been useful: does not offer us information, we have not read any apologies from any moderator, we have all felt that the problem has not taken the importance it deserves. If this is not the case, please clarify it.
I know it's hard for you, about because I have noticed that you do not even play this game and do not understand the frustration of many users.
but I think the community deserves an apology and more attention. We simply can not enter, nor any new players, this bug can kill the game itself
But people open additional topics, and complain about several areas is because this thread it has not been helpful.
Have even asked if you can run edits presented on youtube channels, and whether it is illegal or not, and we have not gotten a response, for my part I have not edited my game and ignored certain rumors of solutions presented on youtube.
it seems to me that this problem is going out of hand. I really hope they solve it soon or at least give us news and better attention.

First off, I do play the game. I'm not sure where @BlazinsZ got the idea that I did not. In fact, I was playing it 5 minutes ago on my phone while I grabbed a cup of tea.
Secondly, the idea of having a single thread to post in is not just to keep the forum clean but to make it easier to collect the feedback. Multiple threads about the issue and posts in threads from months and years ago just clutter up the forum making it difficult to get the information I need.
Thirdly, I will only be posting updates when I have new information.
I came to that conclusion because you do not seem connected to the attitude. I offer the apology for the wrong conclusion.
If you play then you will know that most of us are losing events and cards. I hope that after repairing the problem we may have an additional opportunity to recover them due to these failures.
