Error unable to join a session. Please check your network connection and try again

hello i get always the Error unable to join a sesson. Please check your network connection and try again when i try to play garden ops - i can perfetcly play multiplayer and join my friends but...

i got the solution finally. you need to turn PVZGW in windowsfirewall to public and it work perfetcly
windows - system config - windowsfireall - advanced settings - incomming - and then turn pvz to public

and for console I have the same problem but for console

I have this same problem on our Xbox one, worked fine until we had an internet interruption and since then can only play garden ops. Multiplayer mode is not working 😩

  @jcbdigger3 The same problem , but only on ps 3. I don’t now what to do

@isaacpokemon97 I’ve had this problem for about a week now. I don’t know what to do. I have this problem on ps 3. Does anyone even know how to fix it? I have a great Internet connection . There is an opportunity only to play garden ops and then with periodic departures. But mutual internet is really great, something is possible with servers here..

@isaacpokemon97 I have the same problem for ps4 i cant play my favourite game animore have you found any solution ?

  Log a case, the more cases the more likely they’ll investigate. It appears to be EU server related.
