Event Card Error

Just a heads up to other players about an issue I ran into.  

TLDR, buy your remaining Event Cards with gems before the Event ends if you are planning on completing your 4 card set through the Weekly Event period.

Last week I was earning my way to having four Plucky Clovers.  Last Tuesday I had earned three and I had lowered my last card's gem buyout to 300 gems.  Once the next Weekly Event kicks off, it gives you a last chance to purchase Event cards with gems.  This is what I usually do, wait for the game's mechanics to give me the option, purchase them, and move on to the next challenge. Last week I went to purchase the last card for 300 gems and I received for the first time a pop up message that the purchase could not be completed and that i should reload the game.  I had over 4K gems, so that wasn't the issue.  I tried to purchase again, but received the same message.  Since this approach wasn't working, I reloaded/restarted the game as the dialogue box suggested, but the game didn't give me a chance to buy the fourth card.

Submitted a ticket to Customer Support, and after some dialogue exchange, they said they were too busy to look into this and gave me 500 gems.  Appreciate the gems, but wanted that fourth card.  Anyway, hope this helps other players from avoiding a similar frustrating fate.
