yes...done everything...tried everything just send me another 25 digit code and the f'*#@ing thing might work...getting rather pissed off with it and would like my $50 back.

There is no code for the update, it's free for everyone who owns the game.
The only codes that come with the boxed version of Xbox 360 is a code for two in-game item packs and a free trial of Xbox Live Gold.
Are you sure that you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? (You do not need the Xbox Live Gold trial code if this is true)
An Xbox Live Gold account is required to play.
Perhaps you should try downloading the Legends of the Lawn DLC from the Xbox Live Store instead.

You seem to be thinking that this code is an online pass, which it is not.
It's a card pack download code. Card packs are an in game reward for players to get in-game items. The game is fully playable without entering any codes. I doubt my code was even used, but I guarantee you, entering another card pack code will not solve this issue.
This game requires:
- Xbox Live Gold account
- Active internet connection
- Enough HD space to download the updates
I don't know how else to explain this to you.
