Any update on this? Quite a few players are unable to play this game due to the implemented Anticheat.

@ZlordHUNWell when I contacted ea support about this they said "Medhavi: I was able to check with my team, the issue that you are facing seems to be an emerging issue to us, many players have contacted us regarding this and the issue has already been reported to the team, Our team is trying their best to fix this issue at the earliest. Please wait for some time and we will help you with a resolution as soon as possible, we really appreciate your patience." so maybe? or at least it was what they told me
Community ManagerThis is not an emerging issue. The game simply is not compatible with Linux and, with the age of the game, may never actually be. There are no updates, nor is there a team who will be updating the game to work on Linux, Steam Deck, or any other platform other than Windows or Mac in most cases.
