@ZonbyMrnI read over this, and it is very well made! However, I feel like a few of the balance ideas may be a little overtuned. For example, your take on the Chomper class makes him less annoying on average, however it seems to kill his viability as a character, or at least what little bit he has.
I feel like Sprint Burrow and Super Sticky Goop are the worst offenders of this. Starting with the former, the bug does need to be fixed, but then it's followed up with a recharge nerf. From what I gather, people don't not use the ability because of the bug, but because it doesn't last long enough compared to the distance it covers. All in all, the general public would still consider it to be nerfed.
Super Sticky Goop being buffed to have an even shorter cooldown to the regular Goop is definitely... something. People use the default one because of its availability, and the sensitivity debuff is just a bonus tacked on. Making SSG easier to deploy just turns it into the new Goop, but with the annoying effect of fully immobilizing the target. On PC, the sensitivity debuff isn't a thing for either Goop, which would make SSG a direct upgrade on that platform.
Spiky Spikeweed being the one to disable abilities makes sense, so I'll give you that. What I did though is make it so that way all of the Spikeweeds have an arming period, so Chompers still have a counter to mounted abilities, but it's just more dofficult and requires skillful setup.
The reason I'm doing this is because all Chompers get obliterated when they're faced with a target at a higher elevation to them, so being a ground-level powerhouse is the way to offset that. If someone loses to a Chomper because they chose to engage in a ground-level fight, it should be their fault.
I talk about their balance in detail in my series, along with all of the other abilities in GW2 (and BFN. Sorry for the self-promo lol, I do have to link videos!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6paXg-DZaE
EDIT: Upon re-reading my own comment, I realized that it sounds like my say is the truth, of which it is not lol. I find it very interesting to see how other people would go about balancing the game! If anything, consider what I say as advice instead of "you're opinion is not mine, therefore it is wrong." Sorry!
