same here, game also froze, did not know it was due to memory storage as I have an Iphone.
how is this going to be fixed?

Hello Zoe,
We have all tried this multiple times and this did not work for me. I went over a month, nearly two, being thrown around by that support and they just kept acting like it was resolved then they threw me here.

MirageV01Yes, your solutions have gotten us nowhere so far. I may try again, if I want to spend an hour talking to support without any guarantee of fixing it.

Well, I'm sure everyone who you've told to do this has done it, and they probably all got the same response I did back from the support page.
They just threw me this, "Thanks for contacting support, here's this generic help page you can look at, come to these boards for more help, your case is closed"

It has been too long! I'm thinking we need to spam their threads with posts about this and how going to EA support or this forum has not helped because it is not fair for us to wait for so long and not even get an appropriate conversation! We are not even asking for more than what we are supposed to be given in the game and have gone through a lot o bureaucratic system bs. Enough is enough!

Hey i have the exact same problem like the other guys but i cant choose my final zombie hero! And yes, i contacted support but they didnt help me !

I feel like desperate times cause for desperate taggings. Do you have any light you can shed on this subject? There are so many of us suffering from this issue, and your support center, through e-mail and phone are not helping.

I gave in and requested support one more time - And my request went unanswered. No wonder we are getting so frustrated.

Checking in with the same issue. I'll keep bugging support with new tickets, opening all old ones, and filling out their satisfaction survey.
Maybe all of that will show up as a statistical blip on some middle managers report somewhere along the line.

After a email from customer service giving me a "nothing we can do" response and a glitch with mega-quest gems, I have decided to delete the game. Too many bugs.

I've just spent an hour on the phone with support being told to "Replay the level". Especially funny seing as I finished the quest in a multiplayer match. After explaining to them multiple times why that won't work, their "solution" was to tell me to restart the device. Very conveniently getting me off the phone as it was the device I was calling them on as my home phone number is one digit too short for the call back option to recognise. Guess what? No new hero after restarting my device.
I asked them what to do after this and it was simply "If it doesn't work look at the forums". Big help there. Come EA, give your support guys some proper notes on what the game even is, not having another choice of zombie hero is kind of putting me off because the options I have currently are kind of underwhelming to me.
