Hello Zoe,
We have all tried this multiple times and this did not work for me. I went over a month, nearly two, being thrown around by that support and they just kept acting like it was resolved then they threw me here.

MirageV01Yes, your solutions have gotten us nowhere so far. I may try again, if I want to spend an hour talking to support without any guarantee of fixing it.
