Finally got Corn's Legendary Outfit / Upgrade
Although, I haven't had the chance to formally play with it yet, this Outfit / Upgrade does look pretty awesome 😃
Now to just finish off the rest of the Prize Map, and get the oth...

It's definitely worth finishing this Prize Map for the Upgrade, I think you'll have fun with it. Also the Costume for 100%'ing the Map is pretty awesome too, I happened to finish all of it yesterday.
Now I'm just trying to hoard Prize Bulbs for the next Prize Map so I can get a head start again 😇
I really hope they do continue with this trend though!
@iluminatethesky I love ❤️ the look of the Blade of the Beetle costume (100% finished prize map) more than the Foodal Lord Dracornius (end of golden path) costume, but it looks like we have to use farming techniques for me and my brother to get this Beetle Blade costume this month, which is fine. Me and my brother may be able to save up 50 prize bulbs for next month as well if we have enough time on our hands. I agree with you completely, I've seen lots of gameplay of the Shogun-Guard and did some research on it, it looks like a lot of fun and both me and my brother are looking forward to obtaining this. Me and my brother will get this Shogun upgrade and its costume very soon, but we will have to farm hard for the final costume (and if we want to save 50 bulbs as well and if time permits). Oh well, we still have character challenges this and next week we both have to finish. 🙂

EDIT: Despite really liking all the characters from both factions, Corn is one of my least favourite, but with this upgrade and his awesome-looking costumes, he is likely to become one of my favourites instead. I prefer higher rate of fire and ammo over damage, but the upgrade provides a shield which you can hold while firing your primary, which I really like and I still really like the extra damage and the accuracy of his actual primary. I think completing this prize map for me will take some investment, but it will be really worth it once I have completed it. My brother loves Corn already and is one of his favourites, and is really looking forward to the upgrade and the costumes as well! 🙂 I'm sure we will both have loads of fun with these! 😃
I personally just play Ops to farm Bulbs, I usually fill the XP bar after 2-3 matches and they go by fairly quickly. It's taking longer to finish this map now, since they made some of the Legendaries on the Map 20 bulbs instead of 10 bulbs like they used to be. So in the end, it takes more bulbs to 100% the Map.
But, I'm confident you guys will finish and get the upgrade and both costumes, you can do it! 🙌 Hopefully you're able to save up some Bulbs for the next Map as well, since I think that's when Wizard will be available, and I believe they said it'd be on the Prize Map during the Stream.
I managed to obtain the Shogun-Guard upgrade for Corn yesterday, and I gave him a try in Mount Steep to give the upgrade a test:

My experience with this upgrade is as follows:
I love it! ❤️ It changes the character's primary by a lot. The increased damage output (especially with critical hits) is awesome and it’s easier to take down zombies (especially browncoats). Using butter beacon (which I noticed you can activate without letting go of the shield) is really good for further improving your already increased damage output, especially if you need to vanquish a zombie quickly. The lower speed and ammo of your primary isn't that costly, because the speed is still decent and the reload is quite fast (I'm not using Rapid Recob as of the moment). The shield is excellent: being able to shield and shoot/reload (or use butter beacon) at the same time is a very good feature. I have limited mobility when the shield is active, and the shield has low health, but it's an excellent add-on, the cosmetic of the shield is awesome, and it makes it easier for revives (which I really like doing).
I also gave the Shogun-Guard a go in Rando Ops (just so happens in my first game I got spawned as Kernel Corn, with my Shogun-Guard equipped), and it worked very well for me, even when my team was being surrounded by enemies. Currently, I'm also using Refreshing Revive and Low Life on my Shogun-Guard Corn build, but I know that many players use Rapid Recob in conjunction, so I may consider using that instead. Overall, loving this upgrade! 😃
