3. I don't know how to answer this, sorry
4. When I changed the video settings and resolution, it increase my fps on the title screen (60 fps to 100 fps), but barely increased my fps when I join servers (Garden Ops/Multiplayer) (5 fps - 15 fps)
If you could explain to me what I need to do to check the latest drivers on my gpu, then I could answer that question.
At the very top of the Titanfall forum is the thread "help us to help you" follow what it says and give us the link to the report copy. (Yes, I know that this isn't Titanfall, but the DxDiag report function doesn't care about that.)

i3-2130 HD 2000
Only thing to do is put all Video Settings on "Low" and play at a very small resolution (1366x768... or even lower).
You can update your drivers

I refunded the game, but I am still curious on the solutions. For starters, is getting a new computer the only option? Since if I were to buy a GPU chip, I am not sure if my computer could handle it since it might just overheat up instead. So could you tell me the cheapest option giving a range on the price?
