frameskips while jumping in hyper mode with pea shooter

I get horrible frameskips while jumping after activating the hyper mode with pea shooter(any pea shooter variant).. it hurts my aim and is very annoying to say the least.
I play on 1080p low preset for max fps
My Pc specs: i5 4460, msi r9 270, 8 gb ram.
Has anyone noticed this?
Help me out guys..

Does DirectX and Mantle both do this?  Perhaps try changing to the opposite of the one currently.

Turn off Vsync.  Default CCC 3D profiles; if they are already defaulted you can try manually forcing things off.

    L-Ctl+R shows fps.

Perhaps try setting a cap to 60.  To my eye this reduces "hitching" / stutter.  Doesn't have the drawbacks of vsync

    Open Notepad.
    Copy and Paste this:

    GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60

    Save it as "user.cfg"

    You cannot have user.cfg.txt
enable "View Extentions of Known File Types" from Folder Options in Control Panel

Put it in your PvZ directory

tried both mantle and directx with low settings and capped the fps to 60.

stil noticing frameskip. it feels like a double jump instead of one long jump.
