Plan on playing tonight with my wife again. I do not have time to check right now but will most definitely be playing and will post back and let you know if it happens again.
- I have not tried today yet but I will try later if I'm not home too late and will update here. But my gamertag is MrKudden if that helps.
- It is still happening to me! On pvz live chat today they mentioned Xbox one having issues with the update and they said to go into Microsoft and install social ? something. I tried to research what they said to do and now I can't find it. Does anyone know Microsoft well enough to know if there's a social program to install on Xbox one?

Hi @EA_Andy, this is happening to my son constantly when he plays on the Battle of Exploding Heroes mode, to say it's frustating is an understatement.. How excited he's been for this update and now he can't even play it. It needs sorting as a matter of urgency.
I've tried to clear the Alternate MAC Address as suggested by EA Support on Twitter but still nothing..

Yes i it has happened during gameplay of explodng heroes ... twice in about 2 hours of play since i last posted .. it is happening to my son , his gamertag is CallTan
