We have heard this a couple times (or maybe you were the one askig me on twitter?) Anyways I have checked a bunch on times here and cannot seem to get it to occur.  Can you tell me what country you are in, wired or wireless connection and what type of PS3 you have? Slim or etc.

Any other information that might help us is welcome!

You have two options my friend, my wife and I experience this all the time when we first start the game and that is the first map to load day or night. We resolved this issue by pressing the ps button when that nap starts up and we completely exit the game and restart till we get the map we want. It's a pain but that is the only solution I know of because these admin on here have apparently only read the game manual and never logged any play hours. I asked for help a little over a week ago on this issue. It is under Updates? Bug fixes? Lag correction? If to m you want to see If you have similar issues like I do.

I've tried to call EA and they can't understand a single word I'm saying. I'm tired of this!

Ive noticed the freeze happens if u join wallnut hills after the first garden is captured. or joining before the last part with the mansion. if game is on gardens between 1st and last parts. will freeze everytime. i jump off game before it loads all the time now just to not have it happen. doubt fix will ever come now with 2 on its way. same with garden ops needing to be so picky with how ur internet is set just not to get booted ( nat setting, wired, ect) ps3 version seems like the worst version.

This happens at least once per day, if not several times (3 yesterday before I quit trying).  So, here's the information you were looking for:

    Country:  US

    Connection:  Wired

    PS3 Slim, 250GB

I'm pretty sure that if you start tracking users on PS3s on Wall-nut Hills on your servers, you'll be able to see what's going on, right up to the point that they have to shut their system off.

Go To Your Ps3 Recovery Menu          ( Look That Up If You Dont Know How To )

And Select  ( Rebuild Database )

OR ( Restore File System )

    That Works For Me

May 2017, bug still ther. PS3 slim 250 GB, wired connection, PSN Brasil.

It's just unbelievable how issues are completely disregarded by developer when only a few percent is affected...

  • Still having the same problem with the XBOX ONE.  This only happens when the walnut hills map comes up.  Right now this is the only map that keeps popping up when trying to play turf takeover so I cant even play that anymore.  I have reset the xbox, quit and restarted the game and still no change.

I have the same problem. I am on Xbox one in the US. Wal-nut hills freezes. I do multi player login/turf take over and then Walnut Hills shows up and the screen goes black with the flower icon spinning and it never stops... and I have waited a long time to let it resolve but it’s hung up.

  • I'm having most of the problem with the North America servers.  I haven't been locked on Walnut Hills when using the Europe server.
