I'm telling you, it's still not visible in the stickershop. It's not an oversight.
I bought the packs direct from the PS Store, not by going there via the GW2 mailbox, because I wanted to buy the upgrades together as a bundle.
Does anyone know if these skills can only be obtained by buying these packages or can be obtained in another way in the future in the game (With Rux for example)?
I received a response from PlayStation Australia about the issue I'm having with the two upgrades for GW2. It'll hopefully be sorted out within the next 24 hours (at the time of this post).
