Game crash with graphical glitches

    This solved my crashing and yellow fragments from showing.  I was getting the directx 11 crashing error as well.   Tested it for about an hour with no fragments or crashing.  I will update tonight if this has solved the problem.  

    I'm using a amd 6970

I had a similar "Device not found" DirectX error on my nVidia card but the yellow squares sound like an AMD problem.

What worked for me was a combination of Repairing the game through Origin (Just right-click the game in your library and hit Repair.) and running the installer for both DirectX and VC Redist. in the _installer folder in the game directory. (DirectX copied some files, and VC gave me the option to repair but finished instantly.)

I also made sure my GPU was set to use full power as nVidia cards have an Adaptive Power option that can cause high-end games to crash if it is left on. (Not sure if AMD cards have a similar power saving feature but you don't want this option usually.)
