Game crashes all 1-4 matches

Many people (not to say all) have the problem that plants vs zombies heroes in the middle of the play crashes every 1-4 Games is currently working on solutions to problems? soon comes out a new patch...

- Your device model,

- Your OS and what version

- Your Player ID (see: Find your Plants vs. Zombies Heroes Player ID)
