Game crashes instantly.

Hi, Currently I'm having a very though time getting the game to work on my wife pc, the game instantly crashes as soon as I attempt to run it, I get a crashapp error and it lists a MSVCR120.dll file...

    Well, I got it sorted out and might as well leave what worked for me in case anyone else has the same issue.

    Turns out I needed to instal Service Pack 1 for Windows 7, for whatever reason it wasn't showing as an update so I downloaded the file and installed it, this worked the first issue however.

    Now I had a second issue with an error message saying failed to create direct X device and telling me that my card did not supported Direct X11 which is false, I did some more reading and someone suggested downgrading my driver to a previous version, I was using the newest Nvidia driver version 361.91 so I downgraded it to  version 359.06 and this solved the issue and the game is running fine.

Im not a PC expert by any means, but make sure that she has at least min spec
