Game doesn't load after initial launch

Hey Olof,

Thank you for the information you've provided.

Can you please try repairing the "Picnic" file in the EasyAntiCheat software?

Go to where you have Battle for Neighborville installed, open the EasyAntiCheat Folder, and open the Setup file. Select "Picnic" from the drop down menu, and click repair.

Once that's done, you can close out of the Setup. Then, try clearing Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

After that, run Origin as Administrator, and see if you're able to launch the game.

Hey @iluminatethesky thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I tried all of those but still it doesn't seem to be working. It is just stuck on this black screen like before. 

It worked! So far at least lol

If that doesnt work, you can try creating a new temporary windows user account and see if you're able to launch the game under that account.
