We pre-loaded our game yesterday, but when we access it today, it is glitching and not allowing us to play. It looks like there is a blank screen with lines in it. We can see some of the screen, but we cannot play the game. Could you help? Thank you!
I replied two days ago, and have heard nothing back from you.

The i5-3230m can "run" the game. But it can't run it at a "playable" level likely.
A dedicated GPU is what is prefered. That CPU has an HD4000.
I actually tested specifically that CPU w/ HD4000. I purposely had some odds stacks against it but it didn't perform well at all.
If you put everything to the lowest setting possible and reduce the resolution to like 1366x768 or even lower, your performance should improve but it is likely to still be choppy.

HD4400, HD4600, HD5000
I have heard reports from users that all these can do a little better job... although not ideal, I've heard reports of people getting 20-30fps with those (the higher up you go the better it will be). They too also play with Low settings and reduced resolutions.
Sorry to be bad news bringer.
A dedicated middle-end GPU (upto a few years old) is what I would recommend for this game. (or better of course)
** (( Both reports I see, both stop short of where a GPU would be listed if you have one, for right now I would assume you do not though. ))
** It would be in the Display tab(s) (may have 2 tabs).
